Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15th August 1994, in USA. Even though Ashley isn't talking much about her parents but she has acknowledged her father as the spark that ignited her desire to exercise due to his popularity as a bodybuilder during his 20s and 30s. Ashley started swimming when she was four. For the next ten years she continued to attend classes. Though she took part in many competitions however she was never committed enough to adhere to a healthy diet that would allow her body to perform its peak. It's believed that Ashley enjoyed a lot of attention in high school for her beautiful looks and curvy figure. Although, it's still not known whether or not Ashley had a relationship during that period. When she graduated, Ashley was able to decide not to attend in college and instead concentrate on her work as a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 at the time she was unhappy with her physical appearance. Encouraged by her grandfather she decided to join the gym but took the advice of her grandfather and began slow. She didn't realize she was going to spend her entire life sculpting her physique and slowly becoming a fitness star. Ashley was motivated by her success and enrolled in at the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She placed 7th and was then motivated to try even harder. Ashley was back at the 2015 WBFF World Championships where she was awarded 5th place. As the contest ended, Ashley made a decision that she no longer wanted to compete. Though she'd been getting invitations to shoot photos while competing, Ashley was not keen on her two jobs to get confused. When she stopped competition, she began to become fitness models. Following her appearance on the front page of an award-winning fitness magazine she was able to immediately begin her career as a fitness and modeling model. Since then, she has become a highly sought after model. She has been featured on many bikini and apparel brands and appeared in the front cover of a renowned fitness magazine.
