Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani has been an established Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was one of the wealthiest and most successful. He was in Shottas along with another artist Wyclef. Ky-Mani signed with Shang Records in 1996 where the first album he put out was With Father Like Son. He recorded a variety of singles such as Judge Not With Patra and Dear Dad (which reached the highest position on the British Reggae Charts) as well as Who The Cap Fit remix and Sensimelia. All of them helped contribute to Ky's growing popularity among the young generation of reggae musicians. In 1997, Ky-Mani formed a band with Praswell (Fugees) to record Avenue which was a smash cover from Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was a part of the Midem show (an international showcase of music) that was the first time it was performed in Miami.
